What is the Roanoke Game Truck?
Roanoke Game Truck is your party on wheels! Specifically, it is a customized 16ft trailer outfitted with the latest video game technology that comes directly to your event. The gamers style, climate-controlled, luxury interior features seven 45″ LED screens each with the latest and greatest systems and games your kids want, Xbox Series X, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch. It’s all equipped with the latest and most popular games…. Fortnite, Call of Duty, Mario Kart, Kirby, Madden, Just Dance, FIFA and much more!
What happens the day of the event?
We arrive at your location approximately 30 minutes early to park and setup. The Game Coach prepares the Game Trailer; and, when it’s ready, your guests are given a short introduction, the doors swing open and the party begins! The Game Coach is always on-hand to offer tips, handle requests and facilitate the fun. When it’s over, we simply shut down, pack up and drive off.
Is there an age limit to the gamers?
While people can start gaming at a very young age, we ask that our attendees be able to take direction from our Game Coach. We can provide a party for 6 year old guests as long as there are parents or older siblings helping inside the theater during the party, otherwise we recommend parties for kids 7 yrs old and up. Information on age recommendations and game ratings can be found at the ESRB web site.
Where can the Mobile Video Game Trailer setup?
Because the mobile video game trailer is self-contained, it can be setup almost anywhere there is ample level ground/parking. The video game trailer can easily be setup at homes, parks, businesses, pools, schools, sports fields, churches, community centers, etc. We do need about 50 feet to park the video game truck.
What areas do you cover?
We cover and do not charge extra for parties at locations 25 miles or less from Roanoke, Virginia 24015.

Will you need to plug into my power or have power available on site?
The mobile video game trailer is a fully self-contained unit. It has its own generator on board that provides power to run all of the game systems. Therefore, Roanoke Game Truck does not need to use your home power system to run the games.
What if we need to cancel?
Fortunately, our self-contained Roanoke Game Truck provides an awesome environment, rain or shine. However, we understand that sometimes things simply come up. If you must cancel a party, a full refund is given with at least 14 days’ notice. Any cancellations with less than 14 days’ notice forfeits deposit unless the party is rescheduled for a later date. Parties may only be rescheduled one time. Cancellations or changes to schedule within a week of the event are at the sole discretion of Roanoke Game Truck and may forfeit deposit.
